Products and orders
Our products are made to order. Product images illustrate the design; screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description. You are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery details.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will check whether production has started and explain the options available. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Any mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Prices and payment
The applicable currency, item prices, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are displayed during checkout. Review the total before submitting payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and payment is processed by the selected payment provider. Please do not send payment card information by email.
If a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order. We will ask for your agreement before charging a different amount or substituting an item.
Production and delivery
Made-to-order items require production before shipment. Any production or delivery times shown are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Tracking information will be provided when available. Contact us if an order is delayed or missing so we can investigate. Applicable legal rights relating to delivery and cancellation continue to apply.
Returns, defects and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to report damaged or defective items, printing problems and fulfilment errors. We do not offer voluntary exchanges or returns for an incorrect size selected by the customer or a change of mind. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Warborn Crew branding, designs and website content may not be copied for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent orders.
Consumer rights and questions
Nothing in these terms limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a provision conflicts with those rights, the applicable legal protection takes priority. Updates to these terms will apply to future orders and will not remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
