Made-to-order products
Warborn Crew products are made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or an incorrect colour or product selected at checkout. Please review the product details and size guide before ordering. This does not affect any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
Defects, damage and order errors
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or is different from what you ordered, contact support@warborncrew.com promptly after discovering the issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not include payment card details.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed defect, damage or fulfilment error, in accordance with your applicable legal rights. There is no additional product or shipping charge for an approved replacement. If a return is required for an approved claim, we will provide instructions and arrange the return shipping at our expense.
Return instructions
Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send items to the manufacturer or to an address on the package without our instructions. We will tell you whether a physical return is needed and provide the correct return address.
Refunds
We will notify you by email of the outcome of your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Contact us if an expected refund has not appeared.
Delivery problems
If a package is delayed, missing or marked delivered but has not arrived, email us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfilment and shipping providers. Any legal rights relating to non-delivery or cancellation remain unaffected.
Your legal rights and contact
